For real estate transactions, we are federally mandated to collect Government ID (e.g., Driver’s License) and Occupation data to comply with Anti-Money Laundering laws.

- General Disclosure (Real Estate Services)
We may share transaction-related personal information with:
- My Brokerage of Record: As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, I am required to share all trade-related personal information with my employing brokerage, CENTURY 21 Synergy Realty Inc., Brokerage. Your information is processed in accordance with the Brokerage’s master policy and retained for TRESA/FINTRAC compliance.
- Legal & Compliance: Law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required by law.
- Mobile Information Sharing Exception (Strictly for SMS)
Notwithstanding the above, mobile subscriber information (your phone number) and text messaging originator opt-in data will NOT be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or the Brokerage for their own marketing/promotional purposes.
This exclusion does not apply to our text messaging service providers (aggregators) who act as data processors to assist in message delivery and are contractually bound to confidentiality.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and tracking technologies (such as the Meta Pixel) to deliver relevant advertisements. By clicking “Accept” on our cookie banner, you consent to the collection of browsing data for marketing purposes.
Please note that all digital advertising is conducted by Alex Kuzmicz on behalf of CENTURY 21 Synergy Realty Inc., Brokerage, in compliance with RECO advertising guidelines.
6. Consent and Withdrawal

- Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
7. Retention of Personal Information
We retain your information as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law. Consent records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years as required by CASL. Trade records are retained by the Brokerage as required by TRESA.
8. Safeguards and Security
We implement physical, technical, and organizational security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of your data, including encryption and access controls. However, no electronic transmission is completely secure.
9. Access and Correction Rights
Under PIPEDA and provincial laws, you have the right to access, correct, or request an account of your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact our Privacy Officer.
10. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your personal information may be processed and stored outside of Canada (e.g., USA, Netherlands) by our service providers. When outside Canada, data is subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
11. Children’s Privacy
We do not collect information from individuals under 18, except as required for residential tenancy agreements (e.g., student housing) with the consent of a guardian or guarantor.
