By submitting a form or opting into our SMS Program, you acknowledge and consent to communications generated or facilitated by automated systems operating under the supervision of Metrovantis™ Real Estate Inc., Brokerage.

By opting in to receive text messages from Metrovantis™ Real Estate Inc., Brokerage (“SMS Program”), you expressly consent to receive automated marketing and transactional text messages at the mobile number you provided.

5. Mobile Information Sharing (SMS Communications)

Mobile subscriber information, including your phone number and SMS opt‑in consent data, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes unrelated to providing real estate services requested by you.

This restriction does not apply to trusted service providers and technology platforms engaged by Metrovantis™ Real Estate Inc., Brokerage to facilitate message delivery, automated communications, customer relationship management, or appointment scheduling.

Personal information may be shared with cooperating real estate professionals or brokerages where necessary to respond to your inquiry, arrange services, or facilitate a real estate transaction or referral.

Such providers act solely on our behalf and are contractually required to maintain confidentiality and safeguard personal information.
